"Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence." Helen Keller. Hence, all people seek to enhance their confidence in order to meet daily tasks easily without  obstacles. Accordingly, this article provides you with fives tips that help enhancing confidence. 

 1- Make sure to look and smell good.

Professor Kane Pine suggests, "clothing has significant on self-esteem and confidence." This point plays a central role in enhancing confidence because the way you look affects the way you see yourself and the way others see you. Thus, always make sure to wear clean and consistent clothes that fit the occasion.

2- Exercise daily 

Daily exercising is one of the most effective methods that helps enhancing confidence, simply because exercising daily charges any person with positive energy and makes him/her feel fresh and active. Moreover, working out help you to be in a better shape physically and psychologically which will improve your look and posture.

3- Seek knowledge

The more you know, the more confident you are because knowledge is power. When you share knowledge with people, they will appreciate and respect you more which reflects positively on confidence.

4- Do not compare yourself to others!

Whenever you compare yourself to others, you lose! simply because you were created to be different. Nobody is similar to another. Each one of us has characteristics that differentiate him/her from others. Thus, rather than comparing ourselves to others, it is the time to compare ourselves to ourselves and seek to be the best version of ourselves.

5- Be positive and watch your thoughts

Try your best to think positively and neglect the negatives; do not look to the empty side of the glass. there is always a good side of everything. Finally, repeatedly tell yourself these phrases  "I can", "i have the potentials", "I will be. . ." . . . etc. Go to the world of make-believe aka "fake it until you make it".

Following these steps will gradually enhance your ability daily.
